Delivery
Here at McNab Acres, we offer a delivery service for those who don’t have the means of picking up the supplies they need.
Ordering your product is only the first half of the process: getting it to your house or the
job site is the second. Delivery prices can vary based on the product, truck required, and location. Please give us a call or email for pricing.
We have some of the most reasonable rates around.
Consider the following when placing a delivery:
You do not need to be home for the delivery but please ensure it is clearly marked. It is best to have a tarp down on your driveway. Please have it marked or tarp down before we arrive with the delivery.
We ask that you clear your driveway (Move any vehicles out of the way) before the delivery.
If you won’t be home for the delivery please leave clear instructions when ordering and have the spot marked.
Make sure their is no low wires, branches, bushes in the way, garbage bins, and anything else that might be in the way. The driver needs a clear pathway.
Our truck mirrors do not fold in and we require enough clearance.
Please keep children and pets a safe distance away.
If you did not pay over the phone please have exact cash or cheque ready for the driver. Cheque should be made out to McNab Acres.
If the ground is too wet or our trucks wont fit, where you originally planned to have the delivery, you should have an alternate location picked out.
Delivery price starts at $65.00 and varies based on the truck required, the product, and your location. Please give us a call or email for pricing.
We can put two different materials in the same truck load. A “split fee” charge will be added to any delivery with more than one item.
We ask the customer to have a clearly marked area for delivery. The best is a tarp on the driveway. If you require a tarp, we do sell them. McNab Acres is not responsible for any cracked or broken curbs, sidewalks, driveways, damage to vegetation, grass, fencing, building structures, under ground septic systems, sprinkler systems, etc. The customer is expected to supply a safe and clear area large enough for our trucks to maneuver. Customers assume any responsibility for any damages, fines, or charges caused during delivery.
